This vulcanizing press is used for foaming EVA, PE rubber, which are widely used in shoe material manufacturing, foaming floor, EVA mat,EVA puzzle,thermal insulation material, luggage liner, sporting buffer material, diving dress material and life vest material, etc.
Platen vulcanizing press machine is used for vulcanizing all kinds of rubber and standard plastic&rubber products, and non standard products.Being a column structure and downward pressing type, the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heating plate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
